Are you familiar with Jan Brett? She is a FABULOUS author/illustrator and I like her especially, because she is very interactive with children and does MORE than just writes books. She has a HUGE website FULL of activities, printable toys, etc. One of her books, the Gingerbread Baby would be a fun read while munching on those cookies...then-go to her website: janbrett.com and print out some Gingerbread Baby character masks for your kids! Coloring placemats, mobiles, masks, paperdolls, puppets...it is QUITE the site. YOu'll be as addicted as I in NO TIME!
